๐Ÿ””๐ŸŒฎ HRG Update: Q1 2026 ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ””

by Danielle Rafte

The first quarter of 2026 set the tone for what matters most at HRG: our people, our guests, and the experience we create every day. While growth and performance matter, itโ€™s our culture that truly drives everything we do.

โค๏ธ A People-First Start to the Year

Q1 was all about strengthening our teams and creating an environment where people feel supported, recognized, and empowered to grow.

We celebrated promotions, welcomed new team members, and continued investing in training and development, because when our people succeed, our guests feel the difference.

Sharee Brooks has been promoted to Market Director for Hospitality Tennessee. She was one of our top area coaches. She was awarded the “2025 Star Area Coach” for HTI, and we are excited to see how she evolves in her new role!

Heather Center has been promoted from Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to Area Coach for Hospitality in Syracuse. She achieved remarkable results as an RGM, earning the “2025 CPT Supreme” award. This award is given to the restaurant team that receives the highest customer feedback and satisfaction ratings.

๐Ÿ† Celebrating Growth & Achievement

Weโ€™re proud to recognize team members who are building their futures and leading at a high level:

  • ๐ŸŒŸ Restaurant and Assistant General Managers leading strong, people-first teams
  • ๐Ÿ‘ Managers and team members recognized for creating positive, high-performing cultures

These moments reflect what we value most: growth, opportunity, and recognition.

๐ŸŒฎ Limited Time Offers & Menu Excitment

Q1 also brought bold flavors and fan-favorite moments to our menu. Limited-time offers gave our teams a chance to deliver excitement, variety, and craveable experiences that keep guests coming back.

From new releases to returning favorites, these moments bring energy to our restaurants and create something guests can look forward to all year long.
